The battle against cancer can be a life-altering experience, filled with uncertainty, fear, and countless obstacles. I experienced these challenges firsthand but emerged stronger, with a renewed determination to explore natural, holistic methods to support their healing process.

In 2016 I was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer. At that time I underwent chemotherapy, immunotherapy, multiple surgeries and medications. Basically I did all the "right" things according to western medicine and was declared no evidence of disease. 6 years later in 2021 I was shocked and terrified to receive the same diagnosis in the same breast after being assured for years the chance of recurrence was slim. At that time I thought I lived a fairly healthy lifestyle. But receiving this news my gut told me there was something more to do. I needed to take ownership and responsibility over my own health and not simply rely on western medicine in order to heal and prevent further recurrence.

By circumstance, I was blessed to have the opportunity to start with immunotherapy during the second journey. The plan was to shrink the tumors, have surgery then begin chemotherapy. But God had a different plan! I threw myself into researching holistic health practices, and completely changed my life. After just 4 rounds of the immunotherapy plus all of my self healing through nutrition and wellness practices, the cancer completely disappeared. I was able to avoid chemotherapy and radiation and have worked every day since on preventing any further recurrences.

Through my journey, I have discovered the importance of embracing a comprehensive approach that addresses the root causes of illness and nurtures the body's innate ability to heal itself. I am blessed to be here today, happy and healthy, and sharing what I have learned with my clients!
