Welcome to Enjoyably Healthy!
My name is Joya and I am the founder of Enjoyably Healthy, health coaching and consultative services.
My mission is to empower you on your health and healing journeys by providing the knowledge and resources I've gained as 2 time cancer survivor and Integrative Health Practitioner. True wellness encompasses the mind, body and spirit. When you have a gut feeling that your health is not as good as it could be, and nothing seems to be working right, that is the time to work with a coach. I will empower you to overcome lack of energy, poor nutrition, and negative mindsets about health and wellness.
Holistic Health Coaching
As an Integrative Health Practitioner I empower my clients to meet their health goals by uncovering the root cause imbalances through at-home lab testing or health assessments and then providing them with individualized plans to get well, increase their energy and reduce stress.
Speaker
As a speaker I help people find practical ways to balance their lives and manage stress by speaking about mental health and self care. I enjoy speaking in live and virtual.
Community and Support
Health journeys are often made easier when shared with others who understand the challenges and triumphs that come with seeking holistic health solutions. I LOVE and VALUE connections to other people! It's my mission to foster a vibrant and inclusive community where individuals can connect, share experiences, and offer support.
