In 2016, I was diagnosed with aggressive breast cancer. I did everything western medicine asked of me — chemotherapy, immunotherapy, multiple surgeries, medications. 

I was declared no evidence of disease and exhaled. Six years later, in 2021, the cancer came back. Same breast. And I was devastated.

But this time something shifted in me. My gut told me there was more I could do. I wasn't willing to simply hand my body over and hope for the best. I wanted to take ownership — and I started asking different questions.

I threw myself into researching holistic health, nutrition, and wellness practices and completely overhauled my life. What happened next I can only describe as God showing off. After just 4 rounds of immunotherapy — combined with everything I was doing to support my body naturally — the cancer disappeared completely. No chemotherapy. No radiation. Just a woman, her God, and a determination to heal.

That experience didn't just change my health. It changed my entire purpose.

I now lead Steward the Temple, a women's faith-based health ministry built on the belief that true wellness begins with knowing whose we are. We gather, we walk, we learn what the Word of God says about caring for these bodies He gave us — and we do it together.

I also serve women as a business coach with Team Eternity, helping purpose-driven women build something that outlasts them.
